Neil Masangkay, MD is the Assistant Dean for Student Affairs at the Schmidt College of Medicine at Florida Atlantic in Boca Raton, FL. Dr. Masangkay graduated summa cum laude from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ before earning his medical degree at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. He stayed at the Hospital of University of Pennsylvania for neurology residency and fellowship in neuromuscular medicine. Immediately prior to his current role, Dr. Masangkay held many educational roles at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, including directing the neurology residency and clerkship.
