Join colleagues from across academic neurology for the 2026 AALN Annual Meeting on Saturday, October 17, at the Sheraton San Diego Resort.

Designed for Chairs, Vice Chairs, Program Directors, Clerkship Directors, Women Leaders in Neurology, and emerging leaders, the meeting offers opportunities to learn, share experiences, and build connections with peers facing many of the same challenges and opportunities.

Through thoughtful discussion, leadership development, and community, AALN brings together academic neurology leaders committed to supporting one another and strengthening the future of our field.

The AALN Annual Meeting is held in conjunction with the American Neurological Association's (ANA) 151st Annual Meeting. By scheduling the meeting immediately before ANA2026, attendees can take advantage of both events in one trip.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days from the meeting:

Meeting Attendees who wish to receive a registration refund more than 30 days from the meeting may email neuro@aaln.org to receive a full refund.

Less than 30 days from the meeting:

Meeting Attendees who wish to receive a registration refund within 30 days of the meeting may email neuro@aaln.org, to receive a refund. Please note, a 15% administrative fee will be deducted from the refund.

Less than 7 days from the meeting:

Regrettably, AALN cannot issue refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of the meeting.

CME Credits

Continuing Medical Education

The AALN hosts a wide range of educational programs. These programs seek to enhance the development and success of those pursuing a career in academic neurology at the leadership level.

Purpose/Learning Outcome

Following this activity, the AALN expects learners to apply the latest knowledge, insights, and strategies to excel in their roles as leaders in academic neurology.

ACCME Accreditation & AMA Designation

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of The American Neurological Association and The Association of Academic Leaders of Neurology. The American Neurological Association is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The American Neurological Association designates this live activity for a maximum of 6.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

CME is immediately available. AALN will have instructions available at the registration desk. After the meeting ends you will receive instructions on how to claim CME credits.
