Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days from the meeting: Meeting Attendees who wish to receive a registration refund more than 30 days from the meeting may email neuro@aaln.org to receive a full refund.

Less than 30 days from the meeting: Meeting Attendees who wish to receive a registration refund within 30 days of the meeting may email neuro@aaln.org, to receive a refund. Please note, a 15% administrative fee will be deducted from the refund.

Less than 7 days from the meeting: Regrettably, AALN cannot issue refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of the meeting.
